// HARDWARE PROTOTYPING LAB

From rev 0
to real hardware.

Revzero Labs is a studio for prototypes and finished electro-mechanical products. Electronics, firmware, and mechanical design under one roof — from your idea to a working product in hand.

// SERVICES

What we do

01

Electronics Design

Schematic capture, PCB layout, and component selection — boards designed to work on rev 0 and scale beyond it.

02

Firmware Development

The code that runs the product — embedded firmware developed alongside the hardware, not after it.

03

Mechanical Design

Enclosures and assemblies designed for the electronics inside them — CAD through 3D printing and fabrication.

04

Prototype Building

Assembled board + enclosure + firmware = a working product in hand. Not a bench demo — the real thing.

05

Production Support

Manufacturing file preparation, working with manufacturers, and testing — getting your design ready for the factory.

06

Small-Batch Production

Assembly, integration, and testing of tens to hundreds of units — production runs before you need mass manufacturing.

// PROCESS

How a project runs

01

Define

We start with what you’re trying to prove: requirements, constraints, budget, and the shortest path to a testable product.

02

Design

Schematics, PCB layout, mechanical CAD, and firmware architecture — developed together so nothing is designed in a vacuum.

03

Prototype

Boards assembled, enclosures printed, firmware flashed. Bring-up, debug, and test — then iterate until it works in hand.

04

Produce

Manufacturing files, manufacturer liaison, and testing — through small batches of tens to hundreds of assembled units.

// APPROACH

How we work

  1. 01

    Prototype fast, learn faster

    Working hardware in weeks, not quarters. Every revision exists to answer a question.

  2. 02

    Design for reality

    Manufacturability, part availability, tolerances, and assembly are in the design from rev 0 — not bolted on later.

  3. 03

    One studio, no handoffs

    Electronics, firmware, and mechanics developed together, so the whole product moves as one.
